    Traders can take a stand in our Garden, craft and food Hall. This year it will be in the foyer of the Highland Hall through which everyone entering the Festival will pass. If there is sufficient demand the stands may also be placed in the Upper Foyer next to the competition entries and the seminar rooms. As in previous years we will be providing 1 table and 2  chairs unless you request a further table on the form.

    The GCF hall is for smaller producers who will be selling their own produce or materials.

    As in previous years, please book by the square metre. The space is priced per sq metre at £10 as normal, but you have to decide what space you need and book the appropriate sizing. The minimum size in the Trade Hall is 4 Sq m – 2m by 2m which is the size of a table. The maximum size that you can book is 9 sq m – 3m by 3m. If you require more space than this, we would suggest that you be located in our trade Hall.

    Your trade stand provides 2 trade wristbands for entry regardless of size of stand. On arrival at the Hall, please contact the stewards and collect your trade wristbands. 

    If you intend to have any of these on your stand, please contact us as above prior to completion.

    • Sale or provide samples of alcohol
    • live animals
    • conduct raffles or games of chance
    • demonstrate moving machinery or equipment
    • Have LPG cylinders on our stand

    You will receive a receipt automatically from the system, and we would ask you to highlight to us any issues or risks that we need to be aware of. By booking the space, you are confirming that you have all the relevant insurances and documents that we may reasonably require. This may be checked by our staff at the event. Please keep your receipt which will also contain your barcode to access the trade entrance.
