    For the Trade Hall minimum size is 3m by 3m. You can then book additional sizes up to 6m by 3m. For spaces larger than this please contact us.

    Traders can take a stand in our Trade Hall. This year it will be in the main area of the Highland Hall – for the sake of clarity that is the area where all of the main competitions for livestock will be taking place. There is a large area within the Hall that will be set up for trade stands. Unlike in previous years we will not be providing tables or chairs so please bring your own stands and branding alongside your product. Gazebos and other structures will be acceptable.

    The trade hall is for larger stands and those that have commercial products geared towards smaller producers. Please note that all stands will need to be approved by the organising team before the show – we would request that if your products are not related to smallholding or rural life contact us before placing an order.

    Traders with craft stalls, and those offering foodstuffs will be sited within the Garden Craft and Food hall which will be within the main foyer of the Hall. You will be able to book a stand in this area via the “Stand in GCF Hall” tab.

    For traders looking to take space in the Trade Hall, please book by the square metre. The space is priced per sq metre at £10 as normal, but you have to decide what space you need and book the appropriate sizing. The minimum size in the Trade Hall is 9 Sq m – 3m by 3m which is the size of a typical gazebo. The maximum size that you can book through this page is 18 sq m – 6m by 3m.     Your trade stand provides 2 trade wristbands for entry regardless of size of stand. On arrival at the Hall, please contact the stewards and collect your trade wristbands. 

    If you intend to have any of these on your stand, please contact us as above prior to completion.

    • Sale or provide samples of alcohol
    • live animals
    • conduct raffles or games of chance
    • demonstrate moving machinery or equipment
    • Have LPG cylinders on our stand

    You will receive a receipt automatically from the system, and we would ask you to highlight to us any issues or risks that we need to be aware of. By booking the space, you are confirming that you have all the relevant insurances and documents that we may reasonably require, including a specific risk assessment. This may be checked by our staff at the event.

    Please keep your receipt which will also contain your barcode to access the trade entrance.
