Grazing lets and other agricultural tenancies

10:00-11:00am in the Symington Suite

Robert Wild from Inksters Solicitors joins the Festival programme to look at grazing lets and other agricultural tenancies. Robert will consider grazing lets from the point of view of both landlord and tenant, considering whether they offer welcome flexibility or act as a drag on effective land management.  He will look at the points that should be included in a well drafted grazing let and traps for the unwary with a look at the alternative limited duration and short limited duration tenancies that are available.

Robert is a solicitor with some 30 year’s experience dealing with commercial and rural clients.  He acts for a number of agricultural and forestry clients in Tayside and Angus and on the west coast on a range of matters including the purchase, sale and mortgaging of farmland and forestry, tenancies and general property matters and renewables from single turbines to windfarms.  He is a Consultant with forward thinking solicitors Inksters with offices in Glasgow, Forfar, Inverness, Wick and Portree.
