Garden, Craft & Food Exhibition

NB: Below are details of the 2016 Garden, Craft & Food Exhibition. Details of the 2017 exhibition will be published in late summer.

100% Handmade Cards –Stunning designer handcrafted greetings cards, at a very competitive single price. Handmade in Scotland.

Babs Pease Design – Limited edition, hand pulled linocuts, quirky greeting cards, tea towels, tote bags and small gifts based on Scottish animals, both wild and tame.

Campbells Fudge Ltd – Producer of handmade, award winning Scottish tablet, made with passion, using the finest of ingredients and traditional cooking methods.

Chillilicious – Chillilicious creates a delicious range of Chilli food products as well as an innovative collection of Chilli themed glass artwork. In addition we grow a broad range of Chilli plants.

John Cowan Baskets – Members of the Scottish Basketmakers’ circle will have a selection of their hand-made willow baskets on sale.

Craigside Farm Crafts – Lovely selection of hand felted goods including Purses, Tablet covers, Corsages and Hair accessories.

The Galloway Fudge Company – Homemade Fudge, Marshmallows, Scottish Tablet & Macaroon Bars, from our kitchen in the Scottish Countryside.

KnitBritish – Louise Scollay makes regular podcasts promoting and discussing British yarn. Louise will be at the Festival showcasing a range of British yarns and some Tour of British Fleece display materials, and hosting out “Knit and Natter.

Lanarkshire Beekeepers Association – supporting Scottish Bees and Beekeepers

Lee Valley Saddlery – Made the traditional way. We are manufacturers of bespoke saddlery hand made in the Scottish Borders and run saddler training courses, including a beginners leatherworking course.

The Little Stitch Company – Harris Tweed accessories and gifts.

LynCraft Up-Cycled – Quirkly windchimes for your ‘garden retreat’. Bird scarers, plant markers, coat-hooks and jewellery created from upcycled vintage silver-plated cutlery.

Magic Thistle Crafts – See our wonderful selection of quality handcrafted wooden gifts.

Marie Curie – Come along to our stand for a cake, and to hear how you can support local Marie Curie nurses.

My Cottage Crafts – makers of bespoke, hand crafted decorative wreaths – something special for your home. Plus lots of other ‘fabulous creations’ made with love.

Permaculture Scotland – Permaculture is a design system inspired by nature to achieve abundance and efficiency.

Scottish Crookmakers Association – will have a range of hand crafted walking sticks on display and available to buy or order.

Scottish Heritage Fruit Trees – We supply the finest Scottish apple, pear, plum and cherry trees, selected to be most suitable for Scotland’s growing conditions.

Shankley Stained Glass – over 30 years experience making hand-made traditional stained glass pieces.

The Silly Sheep Crafts and Croft – beautiful Harris Tweed Gifts, handbags and cushions made in Stornoway. Also Harris tweed and Bobban yarn for your projects.

Soil Association Scotland – campaigning for organic food and farming and sustainable forestry.

Strathearn Fleece & Fibre – selling raw fleece, hand-dyed carded batts, roving and spun yarn from our own flock and locally sourced. Also knitting kits, needle felting kits, peglooms, needles and embellishments.

SWI – SWI is a non-political, non-sectarian organisation open to women of all ages and cultures who either live in the country or are interested in a country way of life.

Tartan n Tweed – Hand made items and gifts in Tartan, Tweed and Harris Tweed. Made in South Lanarkshire.

The Woolly Cushion Company – Come and see our range of handmade Scottish Cushions available in various quirky designs and tartans.

Woodpark Wool – Fully traceable yarns and skins from Ayrshire bred sheep.

WWOOF – WWOOF UK is a membership charity linking organic growers and farmers with volunteers who want to learn about sustainable living.
